Heather Lulloff is the Director of Advancement Services at Marian University. In this role, she supports donor relations, alumni engagement, and the behind-the-scenes systems that help keep the campus community connected. She truly enjoys collaborating with colleagues across departments and getting to know the students and alumni who make Marian such a special place.

Before joining Marian, Heather spent several years working with at-risk youth and first-generation students, an experience that continues to shape the way she approach’s education, relationships, and service. She is currently earning her master’s degree in Education at Marian, focusing on resilience, student support, and trauma-informed practices.

Outside of Marian, Heather is a black belt instructor in Tae Kwon Do and Women’s Self-Defense (something she loves because it blends confidence-building, physical skill, and personal empowerment). She also has a large, lively family and three equally lively cats who keep her life and heart full.
