Room Rates
Marian also requires a two night minimum for all room rentals. The schedule of room rates is predicated upon factors pertaining to the details of your stay. Changes in group counts, times, or dates may necessitate the revision of the room rates and rental fees.
Deposit and Payment
Once your booking is submitted, an EAA team member will get back to you with instructions on how to make the required deposit payment. At the time of your booking a non-refundable deposit of half of your overall room rental for your stay will be required. Failure to pay deposit after 30 days from booking will result in loss of the room reservation.
The following forms of payment are accepted: cashier’s check, money order, MasterCard, VISA, Discover, or AMEX.
Full room payment is Due by July 1st, 2026.
Failure to pay in full by July 6th will result in the cancellation of your room booking.
Tax & Gratuity
Wisconsin Sales Tax of 5.5% will be applied to all room reservation, tax may be subject to change per local state laws.
Cancellation
We understand that plans can change. We require a non-refundable deposit to confirm your reservation. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before booking.
1. Non-Refundable Deposit
- A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required for all bookings. The deposit amount is indicated by half the amount of your reservation total. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, including changes to your travel plans or cancellations, and is applied toward the total cost of your stay.
- Cancellations made for any reason, including but not limited to personal changes of plans, illness, sickness, or travel restrictions, will not result in a refund of the non-refundable deposit. Please ensure you are able to commit to your reservation before paying the deposit.
2. Cancellation (Up to 30 days before check-in)
- Partial Refund: If you cancel before June 1st, 2026, you will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
- No Refund: Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable and non-transferable, and will result in the full amount.
3. Non-Refundable Cancellation
We understand that unforeseen situations can arise; however, we uphold a strict policy of no cancellations or refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Illness, injury, or personal emergencies
- Transportation issues, including missed or delayed flights
- Weather disruptions or changes in travel plans
- Car troubles, traffic delays, or similar incidents
4. Early Check-out
- If you check out earlier than your scheduled check-out date, no refunds will be provided for unused nights.
5. Force Majeure
- The only exceptions to this policy are cases that qualify as force majeure events, which are extraordinary circumstances outside the control of both parties. Examples include natural disasters, war, government restrictions, or other similar extraordinary events that directly impact our ability to provide the service. In such cases, we will review and address each situation individually, and any accommodations or refunds will be at our sole discretion.
6. Modification of Reservation
- Any requests for changes to your booking (e.g., date changes or length of stay) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- If your modification request is not possible, the cancellation terms outlined above will apply.
7. No-Show Policy
- If you do not show up on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, you will forfeit the entire booking amount.
- If you do not show up on the scheduled check-in date or check out earlier than your confirmed departure date, the non-refundable deposit will not be refunded.
- You will be responsible for the full payment of the booking.
Food & Beverage Service
Marian University will provide a full hot breakfast each morning of your stay. This breakfast is complementary and is
included with you room rental.
Hot Breakfast will be served from 6 AM—9 AM Daily
Early Bird Coffee Bar available in Front Desk Lobby from 5 AM—6AM
Photography Release
By signing this contract, you acknowledge that any photos taken and/or shared with Marian University can be used
for social media, promotional, or marketing use.
Code of Conduct
The guest agrees to pay $100.00 per core for any key (s) not returned by him/her or any member of his/her party. Furthermore, the guest agrees to be responsible for any and all damages caused by himself/herself or any member of his/ her party. Pets are not allowed on the premises. All buildings are designated “NO SMOKING”. Any guests staying in Naber Hall are not allowed to bring in portable A/C units. If brought they can be taken away if necessary and stored until check out. The guest agrees to hold University, its officers, agents, employees and students harmless from any and all liability and expenses arising out of the facility usage.
