Campus Safety & Community Resources
Creating a Secure Campus Environment
At Marian University, ensuring a safe and welcoming campus is a shared responsibility. The Campus Safety and Security team, along with Community Standards Officers, patrol the campus 24/7, offering support through vehicle, golf cart, and foot patrols. The Office of Campus Safety is located in the Hornung Student Center, while Sabre Central serves as a hub for communication and assistance, operating daily from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Additionally, student employees monitor Naber Hall during evenings to ensure a secure living space. Together, these efforts create a safe, supportive environment where students can thrive.

Community Standards
At Marian University, we are committed to fostering a community built on respect and the dignity of every individual. Guided by core values and our Human Dignity Statement, we uphold high standards of behavior, both on campus and beyond. The University does not tolerate any actions that violate these principles, including the misuse of power or authority. Our Student Handbook outlines the codes of conduct and processes for addressing violations and ensuring a campus culture of respect, inclusion, and accountability.
