Noelle Vogels is a Residence Hall Director working in the Office of Residence Life at Marian University. Noelle is originally from De Pere, Wisconsin.

She holds a Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Marian University and applies psychological principles to support student development and residential community engagement. Noelle also holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with an added minor in Athletic Coaching from Marian University that she earned in just three years while playing on the women’s basketball team.

Her professional interests include inclusive housing practices, collaboration, leadership, and continuous improvement. Noelle is committed to building supportive relationships with students and staff to enhance the student experience at Marian.
