Jessica Little

Marketing Program Director/Associate Professor

Dr. Jessica Little is a marketing strategist, educator, and program leader with more than twenty years of experience in industry and higher education, shaping brand identities and digital engagement strategies. She serves as the Chair of the Business Department at Marian University, as well as Professor for courses in marketing, social media, leadership, management, and digital marketing strategies.

Her career spans higher education, corporate marketing, and entrepreneurship, providing her with a unique perspective on how brands thrive across diverse industries. She has worked with global names such as Kohl’s, Muk Luks, and Ralph Lauren, led retail and product campaigns with Under Armour and the PGA Tour, and built partnerships within community organizations to create authentic, brand-aligned marketing strategies.

Her expertise lies in connecting academic theory with real-world application, helping organizations and students alike evaluate social platforms, AI utilization, campaigns, and content messaging through a strategic branding lens. She has presented at national and regional conferences on digital media, AI, marketing, healthcare marketing/management, and brand strategy, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and experiential learning. In her free time, she volunteers by living the Marian Mission & Core Values, doing mission and humanitarian work in Wisconsin, Latin America, Central America, and, recently, Greece, to help underserved areas.
