The Marian Campaign Faculty and Staff Challenge officially kicked-off on October 1, 2017 to raise $50,000 by September 30, 2018.

The University’s highest campaign priority is securing $12,000,000 in funding for the renovation and expansion of the newly named Dr. Richard and Leslie Ridenour Science Center. Additionally, we have prioritized $1,000,000 for expendable and endowed scholarships.

The Marian Campaign theme, “Inspired Students, Stronger Community,” reflects what faculty and staff do on a daily basis. Marian exists to serve the students of today and tomorrow, but it also stands as a resource for local teachers and families; for businesses seeking the best-trained interns and employees; and for the community.

When you extend your contributions to include philanthropy, you express your belief in Marian’s mission and actively support our long-standing culture of excellence.  Marian’s commitment to a new science center changes the face of our University.  It tells our students and all our stakeholders we are truly committed to quality academic programs; and we need your help to make this happen!

Faculty and staff participation plays an important role in ensuring the University’s success as well as influencing gifts from corporations and foundations, which consider faculty and staff giving rates when determining their own support for Marian.  Whether you make a one-time gift or set up payroll deductions throughout the year, you will help ensure more students have the chance to see their dreams realized at Marian University.  For your convenience, a fillable pledge card is attached to this email.

With your help we have the power to create opportunities for our students through enhanced classroom facilities and scholarships, ensuring their success at Marian University and in their future endeavors.  Please join us in support of our University by making a gift today to The Marian Campaign!
