Housing at Marian

No matter what your housing preference, Marian has options for your lifestyle. Looking for the traditional college-living experience? Naber Hall, our co-ed freshman residence hall, is for you. If you're looking for a more independent apartment setting, the Marian Townhouse Village, the Duplexes or the Cedar Creek Apartments are the place to be. There is also a variety of housing units in the Courtyards, and all Marian housing options are close to the Hornung Student Center and Marian's coffeehouse.

All of Marian's residence units are smoke-free, have wireless internet, spacious TV lounges and common areas, as well as laundry and storage facilities. You'll have all of the comforts of home at your new "home away from home" at Marian University.
