The Master of Science in Leadership with a concentration in Grief and Bereavement is designed to prepare individuals to assume or enhance their leadership roles in organizations that focus on the delivery of care for individuals and families confronting healthcare at the end of life and subsequent bereavement issues. The program combines rigorous study in grief and bereavement theory, as well as the related subject areas of palliative care, hospice care, ethics, spirituality, suicide/suicide prevention, and end-of-life education with a core curriculum grounded in leadership and program development.
