Inspiring leadership in the business field.

Human resources (HR) professionals are critical players in all business organizations, big and small, publicly owned and private. From finding the right personnel and guiding staffing decisions to setting company policies, sharp and intelligent HR professionals are crucial to any organization's success. Marian's human resource management program will empower you to enter this dynamic field, or advance your current career in HR, through an in-depth study of recruiting, staffing, compensation theory, training and development, labor relations and equal employment opportunity.
